Full Circle Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is led by a second-degree black belt with more than 20 years of martial arts experience. The academy opened its doors in 2005 and began teaching in 2010, focusing on the authentic practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The founder brings a diverse background in Karate, boxing, and Muay Thai but chose to dedicate the school to BJJ because of its effectiveness in self-defense and its accessibility to people of all ages and skill levels. Students at Full Circle train primarily in gi classes, with separate sessions for kids and adults. The curriculum emphasizes fundamentals while allowing for steady progression into more advanced techniques. Classes are structured to help newcomers build confidence and physical fitness, while also providing opportunities for those interested in competition or deeper technical study. The academy maintains a straightforward approach that values patience and attention to detail in instruction. The facility is wheelchair accessible and welcomes drop-in students, making training available to a wide range of practitioners.
