Enso Jiu Jitsu in Oregon City is led by head instructor Keisuke Andrew, a fourth-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Judo black belt with a deep background in both competitive grappling and professional MMA. Keisuke began his martial arts journey in 2001 and earned his BJJ black belt in 2009 under Michael Chapman and Tom Oberhue. His competitive record includes an undefeated professional MMA run (3-0), two FCFF amateur lightweight titles, and multiple advanced-level no-gi championship wins across the Pacific Northwest. Since shifting his focus to instruction in 2012, Keisuke has built a team of black belt coaches and brings decades of experience to the mat. The adult program at Enso covers both gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, along with MMA classes for students seeking to expand their skill set. Fundamentals classes are offered in the gi for those new to the art, while more advanced students can take part in open mat, drilling, and competition-focused sessions. The current roster of instructors includes Justin Trubiani, BJ Sannicolas, Joe Robertson, Joe Mirales Jr, and Austen Despain, all holding BJJ black or purple belts, and each contributing their own competitive and coaching experience. No-gi classes and MMA training are integrated into the weekly schedule, with open mat and rolling sessions available for members and drop-ins alike. For younger students, Enso Jiu Jitsu offers a dedicated kids’ program for ages 7 to 13, focusing on confidence, discipline, and foundational movement. The academy emphasizes an ego-free, supportive training environment where safety and technical progress come first. The facility is wheelchair accessible and designed to welcome students from all backgrounds, whether they are just starting out or looking to sharpen their competitive edge.
