Crush Crew Jiu Jitsu

Crush Crew Jiu Jitsu in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, was founded in 2015 as the first Black-owned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school in the state. The academy offers instruction from a 3rd degree black belt professor and has maintained a presence in the area for over a decade. Alongside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the school provides training in Muay Thai, boxing, and wrestling, reflecting a broad martial arts curriculum that supports varied skill development. Students at Crush Crew train across multiple age groups, with dedicated programs for kids starting at age four, teens, and adults. The CC Cubs program introduces young practitioners to gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a belt system designed to track their progress. Adults have access to both gi and no-gi classes, including fundamentals and open mat sessions, while teens have tailored gi classes. The academy also offers senior stretch classes to accommodate older students, ensuring training opportunities for a wide range of practitioners.
