Training at Costa Academy covers a broad spectrum. There are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi classes for adults, as well as structured kids’ programs. The academy also runs strength and conditioning, boxing for fitness, and personal training sessions. Beginners are offered a short introductory course: three private sessions designed to build a foundation before joining the fundamentals classes. Classes run throughout the week, starting as early as 6am on weekdays and finishing by 8:30pm, with Saturday sessions available for those who can’t make it during the week.
