Both are first-degree black belts awarded by Josh Griffiths, the founder and head instructor of Clockwork BJJ in Manhattan. The Rockaway Chapter is an extension of the Manhattan academy, bringing its technical approach and training standards to the local community. Matt and Kyle bring more than 30 years of combined experience and emphasize an ego-free atmosphere where progress and personal growth are central.
