Claim this gymIn Ottawa’s Orléans neighbourhood Bigode Martial Arts & Fitness runs a bilingual martial arts programme from 571 Lacolle Way, Unit 201. Founded in 2018, the school identifies as family-focused and offers both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes for kids, teens and adults. The academy name Bigode Martial Arts & Fitness appears on class listings and contact pages, and the facility posts a public schedule and program navigation on its website. Nicholas Seguin is named on the About page as co-owner and martial arts instructor; Sara-Ann Perron is listed as co-owner handling fitness instruction and administration. Instruction is offered in both English and French, with classes noted for serving children as young as five and running age-grouped sessions alongside adult programming. The gym also highlights family pricing and bilingual coaching as part of its regular operations. Training there is presented around practical class types: Muay Thai striking sessions and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on the grappling side, alongside general fitness components led by the co-owners. The front-facing schedule and contact information are kept on the website for class times and membership questions, and the address at Lacolle Way provides the local point of access for Orléans families and students.
