ASPIRE TO INSPIRE JIU-JITSU X JG ACADEMY MODESTO

ASPIRE TO INSPIRE JIU-JITSU X JG ACADEMY MODESTO operates out of a dedicated facility on Tully Road, offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction to a broad age range. While the head instructor’s name isn’t specified, the gym is part of the JG Academy network, which emphasizes structured progression through gi and no-gi training. The program serves children as young as three years old through adult practitioners, reflecting a long-term approach to skill development. Classes run Monday through Thursday with a split focus: gi training on Mondays and Wednesdays, no-gi on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each day features age-specific sessions for littles (3-6 years), big kids (7-13 years), and teens/adults (14 and older). This consistent schedule allows students to build fundamentals before advancing, alternating between traditional gi grips and the faster-paced no-gi format to round out their grappling experience. Open mat sessions are available for adults, providing space for additional drilling, sparring, or private lessons outside of scheduled classes. The academy’s location in Modesto situates it within a network of JG Academy schools across Northern California, suggesting a shared curriculum and training philosophy that supports steady technical growth and practical application.
