The first thing students notice at Alliance Jiu Jitsu Inland Empire is the presence of the Roxas family on the mats—owners Andrew and Klleirr, along with their daughters Aliana and Malia, are deeply involved in both the day-to-day operations and the training itself. This family-centered approach shapes the academy’s atmosphere, with a focus on discipline, integrity, and support that extends from the youngest kids in the Baby Eagles (ages 3–5) and Little Eagles classes to adults in fundamentals, advanced, and women’s programs. Andrew balances a career in law enforcement with his dedication to teaching, while Klleirr brings her experience as a NICU nurse to foster a caring, inclusive learning environment. Alliance Inland Empire is part of the world-renowned Alliance Jiu Jitsu network, known for its international competition pedigree and structured curriculum. The coaching team includes Professor Melissa Cueto—a two-time IBJJF World Champion from Brazil—and Professor Laura Sileci, a black belt and current IBJJF No-Gi World Champion. Their leadership ensures that students benefit from both technical depth and firsthand competitive experience. Additional coaches, such as Juan Martinez, RJ Reed, and Marc Martinez, each bring their own backgrounds in competition, military service, and teaching, providing a broad base of knowledge for students at every stage. The academy offers a full slate of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes throughout the week, including gi fundamentals, advanced training, and specialty classes for women and children. There are age-specific programs for toddlers, juniors, and a kids’ competition team, as well as no-gi sessions and open mats. Early morning, daytime, and evening classes accommodate varied schedules, and drop-ins are welcome. Alliance Jiu Jitsu Inland Empire also supports local service members and law enforcement through partnerships like Adopt-A-Cop and the We Defy Foundation, reinforcing its mission to build confidence and resilience on and off the mats.
