As a family-owned academy, 3D MMA reflects Dombrow’s dedication to sharing the benefits of martial arts—both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai—with students of all backgrounds. The coaching team brings over 30 years of combined martial arts experience and has traveled internationally to broaden their technical knowledge, all with the goal of providing high-level instruction to the local community. The academy offers a full range of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs for adults and children, including both gi and no-gi classes. Beginners can start with fundamentals, while more advanced students have the opportunity to refine their skills in higher-level classes and open mat sessions. Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu is structured for ages 5 to 9, focusing on confidence, discipline, and movement.
