Event Description
IBJJF Worlds (Mundials) — May 28–31 at the LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid (Walter Pyramid), Cal State Long Beach. The Super Bowl of jiu-jitsu and the third leg of the IBJJF Grand Slam. Standard registration: $153 until Mar 22, $186 until Apr 19, $204 until May 18. Spectator entrance $25–$30/day; kids 12 and under free. Black Belt Adult prize money: $7,000–$10,000 (weight class) and $18,000 (open class). 80 IBJJF ranking points required to register at black belt. Juvenile and Adult divisions; Master events held separately at Master Worlds in September.
